FOUNDER AND CEO

Drew Lieberman

Welcome to The Sideline Hustle. I'm Coach Drew. I consider myself to be a football coach, but definitely not one in the traditional sense. I've carved out a very unique lane in the football world that requires me to wear a lot of different hats beyond just that of "coach." Working to make players better is at the core of everything I do and that starts will all of our work on the field, but pushing the best players in the world to the "Hall of Fame Standard" we've recreated also requires us to manage every single off the field & lifestyle factor that will affect performance as well.

Overall this is my 14th season coaching football and The Sideline Hustle's 5th year running. I started my career in 2011 as a student coach at Wesleyan University in CT. I coached at the University at Albany in 2013 and moved to Rutgers from 2014-2016 where I became the youngest coach in the Big Ten. In 2017 I went back to Wesleyan to obtain my masters degree and coach wide receivers. We went on to break every single season NESDAC and D3 receiving record. During this time, I simultaneously created the blueprint for my company.

The Sideline Hustle launched in 2017 as a football resource for players & coaches - making high level coaching accessible for all. It quickly evolved from a popular podcast to viral social media pages where we created a huge following of players, coaches, and fans. Once the social media content started to gain massive attention, NFL Wide Receivers began to reach out. From prepping Juwann Winfree for the 2019 Draft to living with Mohamed Sanu for two years, I was able to get a crash course on the reality of playing Wide Receiver in the NFL. In 2021 I settled down in Atlanta full-time and opened my business up to new clients where we have quickly grown from 5 clients to now over 30-40+ clients across the NFL.

The Sideline Hustle is more than a service or a brand. It's a community filled with hundreds of thousands of individuals who believe in the art of what we do.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Brie Lieberman

Brie serves as the COO of The Sideline Hustle, where she oversees internal operations, strategic planning, and the execution of all programming across both the business and nonprofit sides of the organization. With a background as a Division I volleyball player and a graduate degree in Clinical Psychology, Brie brings a deep understanding of both athletic performance and mental health to her leadership.

Now in her 10th year of coaching, she also leads The Sideline Hustle’s nonprofit initiatives, builds systems for long-term growth, and manages staff, partnerships, and athlete engagement. Her top priorities include operational excellence, community impact, and ensuring that every athlete we serve is developed as a complete person—on and off the field.

Luke Gadson

As our Head of Culture and Content Manager, Luke leads the charge in shaping the voice, visuals, and values of everything we put out into the world. From ideating social campaigns to capturing the raw behind-the-scenes grind of our athletes, Luke ensures our content is authentic, impactful, and aligned with our mission to build Hall of Fame standards on and off the field.

With a deep passion for storytelling and a natural eye for our culture, Luke blends creativity with consistency. He manages all creative production, oversees brand identity, and collaborates across departments to keep our messaging sharp—from social media to merch drops. Most importantly, Luke protects the essence of who we are and makes sure the world sees it clearly.

LEAD YOUTH DEVELOPER

Noah Anderson

Noah Anderson is our Assistant Coach and the Lead Youth Developer. He focuses on training and developing young athletes. A former wide receiver at LIU with a degree in Sports Management, Noah brings high-level playing experience and a deep understanding of athlete advancement.

At The Sideline Hustle, Noah leads youth training sessions, builds developmental programming, and serves as a consistent mentor for players and families. His approach emphasizes fundamentals, confidence-building, and accountability—helping athletes grow not just as players, but as leaders. Noah is passionate about giving back to the game and creating opportunities for the next generation to succeed.
